TUMBLE TOTS

Designed for our youngest athletes, Tumble Tots introduces basic movement in a fun, encouraging setting. Little ones explore coordination, balance, strength, and body awareness through age-appropriate drills and guided play. Coaches support each child as they learn how to move with confidence and begin building the foundation for future tumbling skills.

BEGINNGER TUMBLING

This class focuses on essential tumbling fundamentals for new athletes. Students practice rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and safe body positions that set the stage for long-term skill development. Coaches break down technique step by step, helping each athlete improve strength, flexibility, and coordination while gaining confidence in their abilities.

LEVEL 1 TUMBLING

Level 1 strengthens foundational skills and introduces new movements such as front and back walkovers, stronger handstands, controlled bridges, and connected skills. Athletes receive focused guidance to refine technique and build consistency. This class helps athletes grow their strength and body control so they’re prepared for more advanced progressions.

LEVEL 2 TUMBLING

Level 2 is designed for athletes ready to advance into power skills. Students work on back handsprings, round-off connections, improved tumbling speed, and stronger shaping. Coaches emphasize proper form, timing, and safe progressions while helping each athlete develop confidence, strength, and the technique needed for continued advancement.
